1. Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • Regular clients can request weekly, fortnightly, or monthly scheduling.

  • We offer flexible time slots, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, subject to availability.

  • In-person quotes are available for more complex jobs or for build/commercial sites.

2. Pricing & Quotes

  • All quotes are based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote (e.g., oven cleaning, wall washing, additional bathrooms, or excessive grime).

  • Quotes for build cleans, commercial work, or exterior services may require a site visit.

  • Prices include supply of all equipment and products unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Invoices for commercial or ongoing clients are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur a 10% administration fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in loss of booking priority or refusal of future service.

5. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If access is not possible (locked gates, no key left, etc.), a call-out fee may apply.

  • For key collection/drop-off services (Airbnb or managed properties), arrangements must be clearly confirmed in writing prior to the booking.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Cleans

  • We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will offer a re-clean of the specific area(s) if the issue is valid and in line with the agreed scope of work.

  • Re-cleans are offered at our discretion and must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original clean.

7. Health & Safety

  • We use safe, low-tox and chemical-free cleaning products where requested or required.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or pets on the premises prior to the clean.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the working conditions are unsafe (e.g., biohazards, exposed wiring, aggressive animals, etc.).

8. Damage or Breakage

  • Our team takes every precaution to treat your property with care.

  • In the rare case of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We are covered by public liability insurance and will assess claims on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or items not securely fixed.

9. Exterior Cleaning Services

  • Exterior cleans (e.g. windows, solar panels, gutters, pressure washing) are weather dependent.

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions at our discretion.

  • Yard tidy-ups include green waste removal by request and may incur an additional fee.

10. Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Services

  • Hosts must provide clear cleaning checklists and access instructions.

  • Linen hire, restocking, and key handling are available as add-on services.

  • We are not liable for missing or damaged guest items unless proven negligent.


11. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, harassment, non-payment, or repeated cancellations.
